ING Asigurari de Viata: lansarea Planului Financiar Personal

Planul Financiar Personal lansat de ING Asigurari de Viata este un instrument unic pe piata din Romania, care inoveaza analiza nevoilor financiare si, totodata, procesul de consiliere in asigurarile de viata. Aplicatia inlocuieste vechiul formular de analiza cu un instrument modern, menit sa creasca nivelul de constientizare a nevoilor financiare atat prin prezentarea unor statistici actuale, cat si prin calculul concret al diferentei dintre situatia financiara actuala si cea dorita de consumator.
Sunt analizate patru nevoi financiare esentiale: nevoia de protectie financiara in caz de deces si invaliditate, asigurarea viitorului copiilor, asigurarea unor venituri suplimentare la pensie si protectie in caz de probleme medicale.
Planul Financiar Personal aduce o serie de elemente inovatoare pentru piata din Romania, raspunzand schimbarilor survenite in nevoile oamenilor si ajutandu-i sa isi vizualizeze propriul viitor financiar.
“Asistam la schimbari profunde ale nevoilor consumatorilor, care sunt tot mai interesati de sfaturi financiare, de claritate si de siguranta. In paralel, insa, nivelul de constientizare cu privire la decalajele cu care se confrunta este inca foarte redus. In fata acestor doua realitati, Planul Financiar Personal de la ING Asigurari de Viata ofera oricarei persoane, indiferent daca alege sa sau nu devina client ING, un instrument prin care sa isi poata intelege corect si, in acest fel, imbunatati propria situatie financiara din viitor”, a declarat Cornelia Aurelia Coman, director general ING Asigurari de Viata.
Una dintre noutatile aduse de Planul Financiar Personal consta in separarea obligatorie a procesului de consiliere in doua etape distincte, inlocuind astfel practica uzuala pe piata romaneasca potrivit careia analiza nevoilor are loc odata cu prezentarea produselor. Astfel, prima intalnire dintre consultantii ING Asigurari de Viata si consumatori, de acum inainte, dedicata analizei nevoilor prin parcurgerea Planului Financiar Personal. In cea de-a doua intalnire, indiferent daca va deveni sau nu client ING, fiecare persoana va primi tiparit propriul Plan Financiar Personal care va contine un rezumat al intregii sale situatii financiare (total venituri, cheltuieli, venituri disponibile dupa scaderea cheltuielilor, nevoi legate de protectie si economisire, decalaje financiare). In cazul in care aceasta este interesata si de acoperirea decalajelor aflate, sunt prezentate si solutiile.
Un alt element inovator consta in calcularea pe loc a dimensiunii decalajelor financiare, adica a diferentelor dintre situatia financiara actuala si situatia dorita de client. In plus, pornind de la costurile existente pe piata, aplicatia prezinta si o situatie recomandata de specialistii ING, adica sunt evidentiate sumele care ar trebui economisite pentru o acoperire optima a nevoilor financiare pe termen lung.
Tot ca o noutate, pe parcursul procesului de consiliere, clientilor le sunt prezentate statistici relevante pentru fiecare dintre nevoile analizate. Spre exemplu, Planul Financiar Personal include statistici actualizate privind costurile educatiei copiilor in Romania si strainatate, rata de inlocuire a veniturilor la pensionare sau costul diferitelor proceduri si interventii medicale. In plus, consilierea este mai interactiva, pe parcursul acesteia existand inclusiv o sectiune cu intrebari din domeniul financiar.
Intr-o alta sectiune, clientii pot afla pe baza unui scurt chestionar, care este profilul lor de risc investitional si care sunt diferitele tipuri de instrumente financiare care li se potrivesc cel mai bine pe termen scurt, mediu si lung.
Concret, o analiza a nevoilor financiare cu ajutorul Planului Financiar Personal porneste de la trecerea in revista a veniturilor, cheltuielilor si economiilor clientilor, iar apoi cele patru nevoi sunt prioritizate si analizate. In functie de obiectivele fiecarei persoane se calculeaza decalajul atat fata de situatia dorita, cat si fata de o situatie optima recomandata in ceea ce priveste protectia si obiectivele de economisire.
Spre exemplu, o femeie in varsta de 32 de ani, casatorita, cu un copil de 2 ani, doreste ca la majoratul copilului sa poata sustine cheltuielile cu educatia lui pe parcursul a cinci ani de studii universitare. In prezent, dispune de economii pentru educatia celui mic in valoare de 15.000 RON. Conform statisticilor, cheltuielile totale estimate pentru intretinerea copilului pe perioada celor cinci ani de studiu vor fi de 73.000 RON (respectiv 14.600 RON/an). In acelasi timp, conform propriilor posibilitati financiare, pe perioada celor cinci ani in care isi va sustine copilul la studii, familia doreste sa economiseasca 45.000 RON (9.000 RON/an).
