 OBI new Headquarter in Bucharest, in Cubic Center

Three years after the opening of the first store in Romania, OBI has decided to relocate its Bucharest Headquarter in Cubic Center, in an area of office buildings together with many other multinational companies.
The contract lasting for 6 years has been recently signed and will start in 2012. The office space has approximately 1200 sqm, 450 sqm more than the actual space, in order to satisfy the needs of OBI Romania’s long term strategy for this country: expansion and investments in new stores as well as in marketing and advertising, to communicate more and better with the customers.
“We believe that Cubic Center it is the right solution for us also because of the improvements in the entire road infrastructure of the area, that will facilitate our employees and collaborators to reach the office”, declared Romano Quinzi, Managing Director of OBI Romania.
In order to offer to its employees a more comfortable and pleasant working environment, the tender concerning the new office fit-out is about to start. OBI employees will also have around 40 parking places available in the new location.
The relocation shall take place in the first part of the 2012..
