ProLogis, the world`s largest owner, manager and developer of distribution facilities, announced today that it has leased 3,160 square meters of industrial space in Hegyeshalom to ETL Hungary Kft., a third-party logistics services provider and a subsidiary of the ETL European Group.
ETL Hungary’s new facility is located at ProLogis Park Hegyeshalom, a new industrial park currently under development less than 6 miles (10 km) from the borders with Austria and Slovakia. The company will use the newly leased space for distribution to markets in both Eastern and Western Europe.

ProLogis Park Hegyeshalom is located in Hungary’s "the magic triangle" (between Vienna, Bratislava and Györ), providing easy access to Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest via the M1 and M15 motorways. The park currently consists of one building totaling 22,600 square meters; at full build out the park will consist of six facilities comprising more than 150,000 square meters of state-of-the-art distribution space.
