Cosmote Romania launches a new promotional offer dedicated to students

Cosmote Romania launches an irresistible combination formed of the world`s renowned mobile game, Angry Birds and three smartphones capable of supporting the heavy gaming of users trying to smash down the pigs.
The new combination of Angry Birds and three Samsung smartphones is aimed primarily for students and is meant to provide them the ultimate entertainment. COSMOTE will promote this combination of technology, services and gaming on all channels available – TV, radio, print, indoor, OOPS media, in-store and online.
Starting September 15th, students but also any interested customer who sign a 2-year contract with COSMOTE Romania can chose from one of the three Samsung smartphones – I9000 Galaxy S, S5570 Galaxy Mini, and S5670 Galaxy Fit – and start enjoying the world famous Angry Birds game and many others.
All three smartphones are touchscreen devices with state of the art technologies embedded.
Samsung I9000 Galaxy S is a 4 inch, super AMOLED touchscreen, 3G phone with HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity using Android Eclair Operating System (upgradable to Gingerbread). It also includes Bluetooth 3.0, USB, Wi-Fi connectivity, while the media characteristics feature a 5MPx camera and MP3 player. GPS is also available. Samsung Galaxy S is available at the price of 499 lei (VAT included) with COSMOTE XXL two years subscription.
Samsung S5570 Galaxy Mini is also a 3G smartphone with 3.14 inch touchscreen, HSDPA 7.2 Mbps connectivity, using Android 2.2 OS (upgradable to 2.3) and providing many media related features: 3MPx photo camera with all needed features, Android Music Player for both audio and video files. Samsung Galaxy Mini is available at the price of 1 leu with COSMOTE XXL two years subscription.
Samsung S5670 Galaxy Fit is also a 3G HSDPA 7.2 Mbps smartphone with a 3.31 inch TFT touchscreen using Android 2.2 OS (upgradable to 2.3). The device has a 5MPx camera with video capabilities and is very strong on the entertainment side: embedded television on mobile device, radio FM recording capability, 3D sound technology and many others. Samsung Galaxy Fit is available at the price of 1 leu with COSMOTE XXL two years subscription.
COSMOTE XXL bundle provides 350 national and international minutes, plus 2000 minutes, 2000 SMS, 250 MMS and 2000 video calls in-net, 2000 minutes to Romtelecom land lines and 250 MB of mobile internet traffic.
