BRD.ro a fost desemnat castigator la Internetics 2013 pentru cel mai bun website la categoria servicii

Ediția 2013 a competiției Internetics a premiat design-ul și rezultatele obținute în primele 3 luni de la lansarea noului BRD.ro cu titlul de “cel mai bun website la categoria servicii”, în detrimentul altor nume precum Romtelecom, Asirom, Raiffeisen sau Regina Maria.
Lansat în luna iunie 2013, noul BRD.ro a avut drept obiective diferențierea clară de toate celelalte website-uri bancare din România, folosirea unei abordări proaspete de comunicare în linie cu rebrandingul aflat în desfășurare, precum și creșterea interacțiunilor cu clienții și a ratelor de conversie.
Fiind o companie care se adresează tuturor segmentelor de clientț care interacționează cu băncile, strategia noului BRD.ro a fost fundamentată pe nevoile și asteptările fiecarui segment. Astfel, 9 homepage-uri dedicate tipurilor de clienți și cerințelor lor specifice permit 9 tipuri de navigări personalizate, toate caracterizate de un design sugestiv și permițând accesul ușor la intrumente utile aflate de-a lungul site-ului (precum tutoriale, calculatoare etc)
“Recunoașterea obținută la Internetics 2013 ne bucură în special datorită complexității acestui portal și a rezultatelor impresionante pe care le avem intr-un domeniu foarte competitiv din punct de vedere al marketingului online”, a declarat Marius Deak, fondatorul și directorul de strategie GreenPixel.
“Cel mai adesea, primul contact cu banca are loc pe internet si de aceea designul si continutul site-ului web sunt hotaratoare in decizia de cumparare a clientului. Rezultatele obținute în primele 3 luni de la lansarea noului BRD.ro, fără niciun fel de susținere prin campanii de comunicare sau de vânzări, au depășit obiectivele setate: peste 50% creștere a numărului de aplicații, durata vizitelor a crescut cu 57%, 23% creștere a paginilor/vizită dar și o scădere de 15% a bounce rate-ului (în cifre absolute). My 6 year old son has fallen acerhs. He can not walk any distance until he starts crying with pains in his feet and legs. Would strutz help him ? Is there anything else you could recommend to help him. Its not right for a small boy to be in pain.Thanks a milSuzanne.
