Ogilvy Red Camp, editia a II-a - program de internship adresat studentilor

Ogilvy&Mather Romania lanseaza cea de a doua editie a programului “Ogilvy Red Camp”, un program de internship adresat studentilor care isi doresc sa intre in lumea publicitatii.

Ogilvy Red Camp - aflat acum la cea de a doua sa editie - este un proiect amplu realizat de Ogilvy&Mather Romania, dedicat pregatirii tinerilor care demonstreaza ca au calitatile necesare unui post intr-unul din departamentele unei agentii de publicitate.

In faza de inceput studentii sunt incurajati sa viziteze pagina de Facebook a companiei www.facebook.com/OgilvyRomania si sa raspunda intr-un mod creativ testelor de selectare. Proiectul se va desfasura pe o perioada 3 luni iar inscrierile vor fi acceptate pana in data de 31 Octombrie. Testele acestui program sunt concepute astfel incat sa evalueze potentialul candidatilor, nicidecum sa le ceara acestora cunoasterea aprofundata a tehnicilor utilizate in industria de publicitate.

In evaluarea aplicatiilor se va tine cont de stilul, logica, talentul si inspiratia fiecarui candidat. Se va judeca prospetimea, claritatea si relevanta ideilor creative dar mai ales abilitatile de relationare a candidatilor in cadrul unei echipe.

La sfarsitul editiei se va va oferi internshipuri celor mai talentati studenti, care astfel vor avea contact pentru o perioada de 3 luni cu departamentele de creatie, account management, public relations, productie si financiar.



Pe intreaga perioada a internshipului, fiecare departament se va implica activ in trainingul tinerilor si ii va implica in unele proiecte curente. Departamentele de HR si Learning&Development vor monitoriza indeaproape intreg procesul si vor organiza workshop-uri pe teme variate (introducere in publicitate, creative thinking, 360 degree brand stewardship, digital U-turn, s.a).

Wes,You may be talking aeppls and oranges here. What the drug companies are restricted to marketing is what is clearly proven by studies to be the benefit of the drug and what it is FDA approved for. They need to reach FDA criteria of adequate study to promote their product for indications other than the FDA approved reason for use.Clinical guidelines depend on the current level of understanding, which may or may not be adequately proven, but nevertheless, we need some guidelines till the pertinent questions are answered.Good examples would be PSA testing in men, where there is no proven benefit that early testing results in increased longevity or decreased morbidity, but we need some consensus on how to use the test till studies are completed looking at these questions. The alternative would be to pull the test from the market till this research is completed, but since there are many clinical reasons for doing the test other than diagnosis of prostate cancer, this would not be possible.Another example is statins in patients with no proven cardiovascular disease. Do we know for certain at this stage that early treatment with statins is beneficial in this asymptomatic population? I don't think we clearly know the answer, but the NCEP group laid down guidelines for treatment guidelines till we more clearly know the answer.So the science need not to be as rigorous as one might entertain for a medication being marketed by a pharmaceutical producer. Double standard? I don't think so. I would be more worried about letting loose pharma reps to tout the beneficial effects of their product for every indication on us unsuspecting primary care docs.
